All returns are inspected upon receipt, even if you believe one of your items has a manufacturing defect.
When an item purchased in the store is returned, a member of staff will inspect the item to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or the result of normal wear and tear.
If the staff concludes that the defect is due to wear and tear, and you wish to dispute this, you must have the item inspected by a reputable third party. Upon presentation of a letter or email from the third party confirming a manufacturing defect, you can return to the store and seek further assistance.
